Context of IAC Awards:
The ‘Future of Work’ is here, rapidly transforming industries and reshaping the workforce. As organizations face the convergence of Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability, and New Gen workforce expectations, bold strategies and innovative thinking have become paramount.
Artificial Intelligence is enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency, while sustainability has become a core organizational priority for long-term success. Simultaneously, the New Gen workforce is redefining traditional norms with its focus on purpose, inclusivity, and adaptability. The awards categories are:

- Institutional Excellence Award for Pioneering Initiatives for New Gen Workforce
The details are as below:
1. Change Maestro & Institution Builder of the Year
This award recognizes corporate leaders who driven transformative change and demonstrated exceptional contributions to organizational growth and innovation. Divided into three sub-categories:
- Private Sector
- Public Sector
- MSME Sector
Eligibility: Open to leaders in corporate organizations across industries in India.
Nomination By: Peers, colleagues, industry experts, or previous award recipients.
Submission: Nominations should be submitted by 31st January 2025, including a write-up outlining the nominee’s contributions to driving innovation, sustainability, and organizational excellence.
Nomination Charges: Waived for this award.
2. Institutional Excellence Award for Pioneering Initiatives for New Gen Workforce
This award celebrates organizations that have implemented groundbreaking strategies to attract, nurture, and empower the New Gen workforce. The recognition highlights exemplary initiatives aligning with the values of flexibility, purpose-driven work, and digital transformation. Divided into three sub-categories:
- Private Sector
- Public Sector
- MSME Sector
Eligibility: Open to corporate organizations across industries in India.
Nomination By: Employees, industry peers, or previous award winners.
Submission: Nominations should be submitted by 31st January 2025, with a write-up highlighting initiatives fostering leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce innovation.
Nomination Charges: Waived for this award.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Eligibility Criteria for Organizations:
1. Both Public and Private Sector Indian Organizations are eligible to send in nominations.
2. Organizations, Members of Jury, Conference Patrons and Conference Chairs reserve the right to nominate.
Eligibility Criteria for Individuals:
1. Leaders from both Public Sector & Private Companies are eligible to be nominated.
2. One may nominate himself/herself, or other member of their organization.
3. In order to be eligible for Individual awards, an individual must have at least 15 years of total professional experience.
4. Members of Jury, Conference Patrons and Conference Chairs reserve the right to nominate
Additional Information:
1) There can be more than 1 Awardees in each category. The nominations have to be sent in the form of a not more than 11 slide (including introductory slide) PowerPoint presentation.
These should capture the data in format: ‘Initiative – Its Impact’.
2) There is no participation fee.
