The Change Maestro & Institutional Builder of the Year Award is a distinguished recognition for corporate leaders who have demonstrated exceptional contributions to transformative change and organizational growth.
Divided into two sub-categories:
- Private Sector
- Public Sector

- Eligibility: Open to leaders in any corporate organization across industries in India.
- Nomination By: Peers, colleagues, industry experts, or previous award recipients.
- Submission: Nominations should be submitted by 31st January 2026, including a brief write-up outlining the nominee’s key contributions to driving innovation, sustainability, and growth within their organization.
2. Institutional Excellence Award for Integrating IKMS in the workplace
The Institutional Excellence Award for integrating Indian Knowledge Management system in the workplace, recognizes organizations that have demonstrated exceptional leadership in implementing innovative strategies and initiatives to attract, nurture, and empower the New Gen workforce.
